Nina (designer and sales consultant) came prepared to my home with so many good fabric options and design ideas. We ended up on a custom fabric with a cordless pull up and down design. I am in awe everytime I look at it, it is so beautiful and matches my home aesthetic perfectly. Nina was so helpful and was very knowledgeable of each product. I can be very picky so I appreciate Nina’s patience and talking me through each and every idea I had. They came right to my home when the fabric arrived at their facility and installed it for me, took them less than 20 minutes. Thank you so much for for such a wonderful experience Nina! They accommodated large windows in the selection, measuring and installation processes.
